HealthiLabs 30 Day Return Policy
HealthiLabs has a strict 30 day return policy.  Any bottles returned for refund must be returned and received in our warehouse at the address above within 30 days.  To receive a refund, you must first contact the Customer Service department and request a Return Authorization Number.  This number must be clearly printed on the outside of the box.  No returned, refused or Return To Sender packages will be accepted or processed as a return.  To avoid the shipping of the one time autoship order you must return the original bottle within the Free Trial period.  Once the payment for the Autoship has been processed and the product has been shipped, the product must be returned, with a valid RMA to be accepted and refunded.  We highly recommend that a return receipt be requested for any product that is returned. HealthiLabs, LLC is not responsible for packages lost in the return shipping process.  Refunds will be processed within 3 weeks of the product being returned minus the Shipping and Handling Fees and a 15% restocking fee.
